Do you offer wholesale?
Unfortunately, we do not accept wholesale orders at this time.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently, we do not. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can I change the shipping address?
Unfortunately, for both of our protection, no. If there is a mistake with the address, please contact us as soon as possible. The order with the incorrect address will be cancelled and a new order can be placed with the correct address.

What if my item is defective/broken when I received it?
If your item was damaged during transit, please contact us via email with an image of the damaged item(s) and the packaging within 24 hours of delivery. This will help us better package future orders so it won't happen again.
Please be careful opening your package to reduce risk of damages. We are not responsible for normal wear and tear.
My tracking info shows "delivered" but I haven't received it. What happens now?
Please note that we are no longer responsible for packages marked "delivered" by USPS.
Please wait a few days in case the mail is simply delayed. Sometimes USPS tracking says a package has been delivered, but is still in transit.
Check that your item wasn't accidentally delivered to a neighbor. If it has been a couple of days please check here.
